Small group skill sessions are designed for the players to work on specific skills, details, & habits that aren't possible during regular team practices. Small group skills will focus on all areas: power skating, passing, shooting, hockey IQ, deception, position specific drills, etc. Spots will be limited for each skate and will all have assigned age groups. Please keep a look out here and on our social media pages for updated skill session dates & times.
Our camps run off a strict daily itinerary that mimic what the players would experience at a junior, college, and pro training camp. Camps are designed to push/better prepare our players for the upcoming season. Each day will include a combination of on ice sessions, dryland skills, video sessions, IQ discussions & hockey specific workouts.
Every single practice plan, drill, workout, video session will be planned according to age/playing levels. Players will be grouped by age once registration closes (24 hours prior to first day) as they will complete each section of the camp WITH THEIR GROUP.
