training details

Members will have access to over 20 hours of Open Gym time per week. The facility will still be fully staffed during this time however, players will have the flexibility to work on anything they choose during Open Gym. Players must book their Open Gym slot prior. Capped at 20 players per session/hour. 

Each group is offered 3-4 training classes per week available to them. Each session will be fully staffed/instructed and have a specific workout plan that will be circuit/station based utilizing all equipment with exception to the skating treadmill. Players must book their Training Session slot prior. Capped at 16 players per session. 

Each group is offered 3-4 instructor lead shooting & stick handling sessions per week. Here we work on proper shot technique, quick release drills, one-timer shooting, passing, quick hands, balance stick handling, etc. Players must book their Shooting Clinic slots prior. Capped at 8 players per session. 

Full team training is available at the PDC and offered at hourly rates. All training equipment, INCLUDING the skating treadmill will be offered for our teams. Please click below to Contact Us and include date & time options that work best for your team.
