membership information

All members receive unlimited access to our facility during open hours including all scheduled training sessions. Open hours will fluctuate during the calendar year to match school hours and the typical hockey season (spring, summer & fall). Click the Contact Us tab to view updated facility hours. WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• 3-4 Group Training Sessions Offered per week (full staffed & instructed)
• 3-4 Shooting/Skills Clinics per week (full staffed & instructed)
• 3-4 Hours Open Gym Slots per day (full staffed/instruction available)
• Discounted Rate on Skating Treadmill

Teams also have the option to book private sessions & train as a team. Our staff will create customized workout plan tailored to their needs (age, experience & competition level, etc.) Each player will go through speed and strength testing prior to training and results will be tracked throughout the program. Each session will include one of our Strength & Conditioning coaches along with 2-3 of our Professional Hockey Staff members. The skating treadmill is included during team sessions.

Player Testing/Tracking

The skating treadmill will be available during summer training sessions beginning July 2026. Each session will be instructor lead and focus on player stride technique & overall strength & conditioning. We will have a separate booking schedule for the treadmill & slots will come on first-come-first-serve basis (not age specific).
